Uh oh, don’t tell that to your history teachers! Do not worry, here are three of Sammy’s top suggestions for sleepy humans:
- Hydrate! When I was a little seagull baby, Mom forced me to drink half a liter of seawater a day! I mean, can you imagine drinking salty water? Exactly; you’d throw up, so be grateful for freshwater!
- Eat a small snack: energy bars, fruits, trail mix, you name it! Of course, bringing in a seven-course meal will probably land you in some dirty mud, so I would avoid that.
- Just Get Enough Sleep. Let’s be honest; if we all hadn’t stayed up until 1:00 AM scrolling on SeaTube or TikGull, we wouldn’t be tired!
